Adults:
To maintain general wellbeing, drink 20mL (2 dessertspoons) daily. For optimum results, drink 40mL twice daily.
Children 6-12 yrs:
Drink 10mL (1 dessertspoon) daily on its own or mixed with juice. 


Caution

Aloe Vera is best taken on an empty stomach.
