Chaste tree has been traditionally used for the temporary relief of pre-menstrual tension and associated conditions such as fluid retention, headaches, menstrual cramping and tender breasts. Chaste tree is a shrub native to the Mediterranean region and the part used medicinally is the fruit, which are the ripe dark berries.

Women:
Take one tablet with a meal twice daily. Ideally, it is taken halfway through the cycle until the onset of menstruation for relieving pre-menstrual symptoms.
