In the course of our business, Nature’s Sunshine Products of Australia Pty Ltd (NSP) is entrusted with information about each Member or Distributor. This information allows us to provide you with quality products and service to assist you in your business. Your personal information may be used in order to provide you with the services you require, administer and manage those services, inform you of the services available and maintain and develop our business systems and infrastructure.

We have long recognised and fully accepted our responsibility to safeguard the accuracy, privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information entrusted to us. All Member and Distributor information is strictly confidential and is therefore held within the company. Obviously if you choose not to supply any personal information requested by NSP it may limit our ability to provide any or some of the services available to Members or Distributors.

No information is ever sold, marketed or passed on to “business partners” unless a co-operative marketing or invitation programme is being held and controlled by NSP.

You have a right to access your personal information during business hours by simply contacting us in writing and requesting the information. NSP complies with the principles of the National Privacy Legislation and Information.
