In the spirit of St Patrick’s Day, here are a few ways to be sure to channel your inner green!

2 or 3 capsules Nature’s Sunshine Spirulina (open the capsule)
1 apple or 1 ripe papaya
1 Lime - juiced
1 cup water
Fresh ginger (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender, place lid on tightly and blend until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!
