Health Adventure Starting Today

Today’s the day. Today I start eating better, start get healthy, and start getting fitter and all that.

My name is Tyson and I am 34 years old. I like movies, watching TV, playing video games and for the last five years my body’s health has deteriorated. It hasn’t been getting into bad shape by itself; I’ve been helping it along. Eating junk food, little exercise and late nights have made me slowly realise that I am not as young as I once was. I feel young but my body is starting to disagree. I need a complete body overhaul; I need a system wide jumpstart. I need help to get started.

I am going to do the Nature’s Sunshine 14 Day Detox.

I will be keeping you posted over the next two weeks on how the program is going. It will help me keep motivated, help to encourage any of you to start your own health journey and possibly provide a few laughs. I will let you know the good, the bad and the ugly (hopefully mostly good) experiences I have as I start this “getting healthy adventure”.

For those that haven’t seen or tried Nature’s Sunshine 14 Day Detox, here is the link as well as the “how to get a started” guide that comes with it. I will be taking the products Lower Bowel Stimulant & LIV-A, and a Detox drink made up of Liquid Chlorophyll, Hydrated Bentonite and Psyllium Hulls Combination and water.

I will also be reducing the amount of food I eat as well as making healthier food choices. To be completely honest, it does suggest no meat, this will be the most difficult for me so I will be having some meat but will keep it to a minimum. I will let you know what I am eating so that may help keep me on track as well.

I will also be shocking my body with regular exercise. I have a local 24 hour gym near me which I will be using either early in the morning or late at night. I remember my teenage days when I would try to do push ups and sit ups every other day, maybe I can start that up again as well. Also the Detox guide suggests mixing the activities up to keep it engaging, so maybe I can see if there is some local sport team or boxing class. If you have a suggestion of exercise you like to do that you think I may enjoy, let me know below.

With these changes and getting enough sleep at night, I don’t think my body knows what’s going to hit it. So stay tuned for my Detox and health adventure and let me know any suggestions or thoughts you have to help me on my way. Thanks
