3rd week into Cordycepts

This is my 4th week of detox now (alcohol concerned).
I have been taking Cordycepts for about 2.5 weeks now and I can say that my overall energy has improved a little bit! I'm up at 4am Monday - Friday, so you can imagine by 7pm I am exhausted! Cordycepts have assisted me in sense that there have been around 50% of my late nights where I have experienced surge of energy and when trying to sleep I have found my mind to be working overtime!
I cannot for sure say that this is due to Cordycepts, but all in all Cordycepts have assisted me with providing some additional energy.
I take 4 tablets daily. I take ×2 in the morning and ×2 around 4pm.

Cannot Speak Highly Enough

I started taking Natures Sunshine cordyceps as a supplement to assist with energy whilst training and racing in Adventure Racing and Ultra Marathon running. Within a week I noticed I could quite easily pull up for a long trail run the day after a 50km+ ultra. After this, it wasn't just the increased recovery, but on a 24 hour Adventure Race, I found my bodily energy levels to be quite high, even when sleep and nutrient deprived. I will not train or race without this amazing supplement now, and cannot speak highly enough of it to fellow athletes.
