Adults: Take 3 - 4 capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Burdock for dry and flaky skin

I’m still testing it’s effectiveness on extreme dry flaky skin. I don’t expect the product to perform miracles but just in case it does I’ve started off on 3 capsules per day. My skin is still dry and flaky but not as much so I’ll be increasing to six capsules per day from next week ... ensuring I’m also well hydrated.
