Here at Nature's Sunshine we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays usually go out the same day. Orders under 3kg in weight are generally shipped using StarTrack. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your location. You should receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We offer a 100 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product purchased, we will happily exchange or refund the value of the product, less any shipping expenses.
All returns require a return authorisation (RA) number. Should you wish to request a return, please call us at 1800 227 138 or via email at email@example.com.
Refund or Replacement Terms & Conditions
We will refund the purchase price of the product or provide a replacement product to the same value once the following conditions have been met:
- Money Back Guarantee is valid for purchases within Australia ONLY.
- Claim for refund or replacement product to the same value must be made within 100 days of the purchase date.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Refund does not include any postage or freight charges you may have incurred when purchasing this product or sending it back to us for your claim.
- Maximum refund will not exceed the recommended retail price of the product on date of purchase.
