Shipping & Delivery Policy

Here at Nature's Sunshine, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note: We currently ship only within Australia and New Zealand.

Orders placed before 3 pm AEST on weekdays usually go out the same day. Orders under 1 kg in weight are generally shipped using Australia Post.

Orders typically arrive within:

• Australia: 2–6 business days, depending on your location

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days, depending on customs and local delivery times

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
