DOSAGE

Adults: Take three capsules twice daily with water (250mL), or as professionally prescribed.

Amazing!

I am a naturopath and had low supply with my first child and ended up taking these for the duration of my breastfeeding journey (two years) and am now back on them with my second baby. I also recommend these to my friends and they have had success. I would recommend not taking the three caps twice daily from the beginning in case you have oversupply. I would start with 1-2 twice daily. Also having a dessert sooon of ground flaxseed on cereal in the mornings helps and lots and lots of water!!
