Golden Seal

Golden Seal is a legend in the world of herbal medicine, especially when we are suffering from head congestion and blocked sinuses which often accompany the dreaded cold and flu. Golden Seal definitely helps with loosening congestion. It is also a very good herb if we are dealing with digestive upsets. This herb is always in my home dispensary, and has helped me a lot.

I have been using Goldenseal when needed for many years and it has never failed to work. I like to keep a supply of it on hand. It absolutely does what it says it does. Better than antibiotics
