Nature’s Sunshine Vitamin C is manufactured using sorbitol as the starting material rather than corn-derived glucose, providing a non-GMO source of Vitamin C. 

The sorbitol undergoes a carefully controlled fermentation and manufacturing process to produce pure ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).

I have been using Vitamin C for some months now.
Unfortunately I have noticed a lot of dehydration in my body.

Good way to keep healthy

These are excellent sized tablets of slow release Vitamin C. The are easy to swallow and come in a good supply of 150. So at 1 a day they will last a while. Would be better if they were capsules
