Ginger helps with dizziness

For a long time I used to suffer with dizziness whenever I moved my head backwards in order to access something up on a high shelf and heard on a radio health advice program to take ginger tablets. So I bought Natures Sunshine capsules and since then, my dizziness has been kept at bay. These capsules are very easy to take, not like another brand's tablets which are too hot and spicy in my mouth to swallow. So that's why I only buy Natures Sunshine ginger capsules. Unfortunately Chemist Warehouse no longer stocks them so I order them online from the Natures Sunshine company.
