Pain improvement

I've been using this herb now for my 2nd or 3rd time in the past 24 months and I can say that, as I suffer from lower back pains and other inflammatory issues, Tumeric has really helped me manage my pains.
I believe that regular and continuous use of this herb 🌿 would be really beneficial to anyone who suffers with inflammation of their muscular or arthritis issues.

Where is the pain?

after cortisone in my shoulder a couple of years ago, I commenced tumeric and I have not had the pains and the bursitis return, as I was told it always would :)
That is what I believe tumeric has done for me
